These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website getyoutheretool.com and any related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by GYT LLC, doing business as The Get You There Tool ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) and a legal resident of the United States to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
The Service is an informational tool that recommends credit cards based on user-provided preferences. The Service does not issue credit cards, process applications, perform credit checks, or guarantee approval. All applications are processed directly by the relevant credit card issuer pursuant to their own terms.
The Service is for informational purposes only. We are not a financial advisor, lender, broker, credit bureau, tax professional, or attorney. Recommendations generated by the Service do not constitute personalized financial, legal, or tax advice and should not be relied upon as such.
You are solely responsible for evaluating whether a recommended product is appropriate for your circumstances. Before applying for any credit card, review the full terms, fees, interest rates, and conditions on the issuer's official website, and consider consulting a qualified professional.
We strive to keep card information (rewards rates, annual fees, welcome bonuses, APR ranges, perks, and terms) current and accurate. However, credit card terms change frequently and we make no representation or warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information displayed on the Service.
Always verify current terms directly with the issuer before applying. The issuer's official terms control in the event of any discrepancy between information shown on the Service and the issuer's current offer.
GYT LLC participates in affiliate and referral programs with credit card issuers, including American Express, Chase, and Capital One. We may receive a referral commission when you click an "Apply" link on the Service and are subsequently approved for a card.
This compensation does not influence which cards we recommend or how the matching algorithm scores them. Recommendations are generated independently of commission rates. We disclose our affiliate relationships in compliance with Federal Trade Commission guidelines (16 C.F.R. Part 255).
The Service contains links to third-party websites, including credit card issuer application pages. These third-party sites are not under our control. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site, and we do not endorse the products or services offered by any third party. Your interactions with third parties are governed solely by the third party's own terms and policies.

The Service, including the matching algorithm, site design, copy, graphics, logos, and the compilation of card data, is owned by GYT LLC and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. A U.S. patent application covering the core matching technology was filed in January 2026 and is currently pending.
"Get You There Tool," "GYT," and the associated logos and marks are trademarks of GYT LLC. All other trademarks, including names of credit cards, issuers, airlines, and hotel programs, are the property of their respective owners and are used here for identification purposes only.
Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, license, publish, or create derivative works from any portion of the Service without our prior written consent.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that any recommendation generated by the Service will result in approval for a credit card or any particular financial outcome.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GYT LLC and its officers, members, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible loss, arising from or related to your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00) or the total amount paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, whichever is greater. Because the Service is free, this limitation will typically be $100.00.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GYT LLC and its officers, members, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property or privacy right; or (d) your decision to apply for or accept any credit card.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 8–14) shall survive.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration body, except that either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights. You waive any right to participate in a class action or class arbitration.
We may modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Effective" date above. Material changes will be communicated by reasonable means. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and GYT LLC regarding the Service. Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. No waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right. Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms freely.
